2.5 cups rolled oats
1.5 cups almond milk
1 Cup vanilla Latta Kefir
1 tbsp desiccated coconut
½ tsp vanilla extract
zest and juice of 1 clementine or mandarin

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl (including the kefir) or jar and place in the fridge overnight or for at least 1 hour. When you are ready to tuck in, remove from the fridge and top the oats with any toppings of your choice. The oats can be eaten cold or warmed in the microwave for 30 – 60 seconds. The oats will keep in the fridge covered for 2-3 days.
