¼ c plain Latta Kefir
2 c all-purpose flour
1 ½ c quick 1-minute oats
1 t baking powder
¼ t baking soda
1 t kosher salt
1 stick unsalted butter at room temperature
1 c sugar
1 large egg
1 t vanilla extract
1 c raisins
1 c semi-sweet chocolate chips

Whisk together flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda and salt. In a mixer, beat butter and sugar until light and airy, then mix in egg and vanilla. Add half of flour mixture, then Latta, and remaining flour mixture. When almost combined add raisins. Place 3 T scoops 2-3 in apart on a parchment-lined cookie sheet. Bake at 375°F until golden, 16-18 min.
