1 c pumpkin purée
1 c Vanilla Latta Kefir
1 c cane sugar
1 cage free egg
2 1/2 c white whole wheat flour
1 t baking soda
1 t salt
1 t cinnamon
1 1/2 c organic semi sweet chocolate chips
Firstly-Heat oven to 350°. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, stir together pumpkin, kefir, and cane sugar. Next, add egg and mix until well everything is well combined. In another bowl, stir together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Add to pumpkin mixture and stir until combined. Stir in chocolate chips.
Next, drop large spoonfuls of the dough onto the baking sheets about 1 1/2″ apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned on top. Let cool 2 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack before consuming this deliciousness. Enjoy!
