2 cup peaches, sliced and frozen
1/4 cup cane sugar
1 cup plain Latta Kefir
1 tsp fresh lime juice
In a food processor, combine the peaches and cane sugar and pulse until very finely chopped. Add the Latta Kefir and lime juice. Continue to process until pureed. Freeze the mixture for about 3-4 hours and process in the food processor once more. Enjoy immediately or transfer to a container and freeze overnight.
