⅔ c Vanilla Latta Kefir
2 c water
⅔ c Arborio rice
½ c 2% reduced-fat milk
½ c sweetened condensed milk
1 c diced mango

Bring the water to a boil in a medium saucepan. Add the rice and gently simmer, stirring often, until most of the water is absorbed, 12-15 minutes should do. Add milk in two additions, stirring often and waiting until the milk is absorbed before adding the rest, 6-10 minutes total is perfect, and try not to go over.Stir in the Latta. Turn off the heat and set aside 10 minutes, then stir in the condensed milk. Top with sliced mango and make sure to serve warm or at room temperature. Bon A Petit 🙂
