3/4 cup Plain Latta Kefir
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 c finely chopped fresh cilantro leaves
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
Mix plain latta kefir, lemon juice and oil. Add chopped cilantro and stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper.Let sit in refrigerator at least 1 hour before serving.
Try serving this sauce with your favorite main course dishes, or on top of meats, like chicken, lamb (yum), or beef.
