1 can tuna, drained and mashed (tuna caned in water)
2 Tbsp minced onion
1/4 cup plain Latta Kefir
1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
Combine all ingredients together in a small bowl. Mix well.
Serves 1-2. We have our on a bed of spinach leaves, lightly sautéed in a olive oil vinaigrette and sliced grape tomato’s.
