2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup Plain Latta Kefir
1 cup unsweetened pumpkin puree (organic)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup organic whole milk

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line 12 muffin cups with paper liners and generously spray with nonstick spray.In a large bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, baking powder and cinnamon.In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, the Latta Kefir, organic pumpkin puree, olive oil and milk.

Add the liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until incorporated. Spoon batter into muffin tin, filling each cup almost to top. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.Bake for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.Cool 5 minutes in pan on a wire rack, then remove from pan and allow to continue to cool. Serve warm and enjoy!
