1/3 cup oatmeal
1 tablespoon peanut butter (or almond butter)
1/3 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/2 cup Plain Latta Kefir
1. Mash the banana, peanut butter, and oats and rest of the ingredients all together, and let it sit 24 hours.
