¾ cup Plain Latta Kefir
3 cups edamame, boiled tender
2 Tbsp fresh jalapeno, no seeds
¼ cup scallions, chopped
¾ cup tahini
5 Tbsp lemon juice
1 clove garlic
2 tsp sesame oil
1½ tsp ground cumin
½ cup cold water
2 tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper, ground

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add edamame and cook until tender. Transfer to a bowl of ice water to cool. Remove from ice water and drain well.Combine edamame and remaining ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Remove from food processor and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with fresh pita bread, pita chips or crackers. French bread goes well with this too!
