2 c Plain Latta Kefir
1 cucumber, peeled, halved, seeded, finely chopped, squeezed dry in paper towels
1 c crumbled feta cheese
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 t dried oregano
2 T minced onion
1 T fresh lemon juice

Mix Latta Kefir, cucumber, feta, garlic, oregano, onion and lemon juice together in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or overnight before serving. Enjoy with Pita crakers, bread, or chicken.
