½ c Latta Vanilla Kefir
1 sheet prepared puff pastry, thawed
Flour for rolling
2 semi-ripe pears, sliced ¼-inch thick
2 large eggs
Roll pastry on a floured surface and fit into a lightly sprayed 9-inch tart pan. Trim edges. Press pears into bottom of pastry dough so they stand upright. Continue adding pears to create a circle. Mix Latta Kefir and eggs and pour into center of tart. Bake on the lowest oven rack at 350°F until filling is set, 35-40 minutes. Broil on top rack for 1-2 minutes until browned. Cool and sprinkle with confectioners’ sugar.
