• 2 c. plain Latta Kefir
  • 1 cucumber – peeled and diced
  • ¼ c. lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves – crushed
  • ¼ c. chopped fresh mint (dried works well too)
  • ½ tsp salt (or more to taste)
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir well. Let sit for 10 minutes before serving or refrigerate for up to 4 hours. Refrigerating overnight will bring out the flavors the best.
