- 2 c. plain Latta Kefir
- 1 cucumber – peeled and diced
- ¼ c. lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves – crushed
- ¼ c. chopped fresh mint (dried works well too)
- ½ tsp salt (or more to taste)
- ¼ tsp pepper
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir well. Let sit for 10 minutes before serving or refrigerate for up to 4 hours. Refrigerating overnight will bring out the flavors the best.
