2 lbs. Flank steak
1 cup plain Latta kefir
1 tbs. white wine vinegar
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. red pepper flakes
2 tbs. olive oil
1 small white onion, chopped
2 roma tomatoes, chopped

Taco Sauce Ingredients
½ cup Plain Latta kefir
2 tsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
6 dashes of hot sauce
Juice of 1 lime
Chopped Radishes (optional)
Diced Cucumbers (optional)

For the Carne Asada Marinade: Use a mixing bowl, combine Latta Kefir, white wine vinegar, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper and olive oil. Mix until combined. Use a large zip lock bag, place your meat in the bag and pour the yogurt mixture over the top. Seal the bag and massage the marinade into the meat until the meat is completely covered. Pre-heat your grill and begin making the taco sauce.

Taco Sauce: combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Start with the Latta Kefir and add all the spices, salt and pepper, juice of 1 lime, as much hot sauce as you desire and 2 tsp. of fresh cilantro. Cover and chill in the fridge while you grill.

Grill: Remember cooking time might vary depending on the type of grill
